This typography poster for Avatar: Fire and Ash explores cinematic story through restraint, contrast, and atmospheric design. Using Adobe Illustrator, I structured the composition around negative space, allowing the title to emerge as the dominant focal point while supporting the tagline, cast, and credits. Subtle gradients and minimal geometric shapes evoke themes of fire and ash without being literal, maintaining that mythic tone. Careful attention to tracking, alignment, and scale enhances readability and emotional impact. This project demonstrates my ability to translate narrative into typographic form while balancing clarity, mood, and professional industry standards.

My work explores the quiet relationship between space, emotion, and human presence through visual storytelling. This is centered on the Ned R. McWherter Library, examining how environments shape focus, solitude, and intellectual pursuit. I capture the moments like the stillness between movement, the tension of concentration, and the intimacy of learning. Influenced by dark academia aesthetics, I balance what the atmosphere shows, allowing imagery and minimal narrative to work together in creating a contemplate and immersive visual experience.

My work explores the intersection of history known as the Crosstown Concourse through an Art Deco aesthetics, honoring its 1927 origins as a Sears distribution center while celebrating the rebirth of lovely apartments. This follows the 1920s design, inspiring my use of gold linework, structured grids, and jewel-toned palettes as best I could do. I focus on creating designs that feel immersive and purposeful, whether through editorial layouts, branding, or advertising campaigns. By blending the past with the present, my goal able to produce visually compelling work that communicates effectively and resonates with diverse audiences.

This inforgraphix examines global government restrictions on religion using data from the Pew Research Center. I seelcted this topic to highlight how religious freedom continues to shapes social and political experiences worldwide. Thed design uses a refined palette of ivory, soft neutrals, and muted tones to maintain clarity while reinforcing the seriousness of the subject. The five-panel layout creates a clear visual narrative, guiding viewers from context to impact. Overall, the project balances aesthetic restraint with meaningful data to communicate a globally relevant issue in an engaging, accessible format.



DP5 Social Media Header/Cover and Instagram Post for An Organization for Dungeons & Dragons

This project explores the creation of social media inspired by medieval fantasy and interactive storytelling. Drawing from the world of tabletop role-playing, I developed a unified visual system across multiple formats, including a scroll announcement, a tavern-style banner, and a game master-inspired class slection screen. I used a rich palette of burgundy, gold, and parchment tones alongside gothic and spiffy typography to evoke an immersive, legendary atmosphere. Custom graphics, such as dragon breathing fire onto key text, enhancing narrative depth.
